Not sure which you're going for, but I think people will assume Shah-nah with Shana and Shane-ah with Shayna, so I'd go with the corresponding spelling for the pronunciation you have in mind. Good luck!

We pronounce them both as shay-nuh. I have never heard of Shana being pronounced as shawnah.
