I suppose it depends which pronunciation you want. I'd say Iliza as il-liz-ah. I'd say Eliza as ee-lie-zah.

Eliza looks better and is traditional. I've never seen Iliza but it doesn't look right.

Stick with Eliza. She will have to spell Iliza every day of her life. Also, in some fonts capital I and lowercase l look the same, which could cause confusion in both spelling and pronunciation.
