1. Caroline: I pronounce it "-line," the English way, but it's also correctly pronounced "-leen" in French.
2. Madeline: both "-line" and "-leen"
3. Emmeline: "-leen"
4. Jacqueline "-leen"
5. Rosaline: I pronounce it "-leen," but it is also correctly pronounced "-line."
6. Marceline "-leen"
7. Adeline: in French it's "-leen" and in English it's "-line."
8. Ottoline: honestly not sure. I've never heard it out loud and after some Googleing, it seems like both have been used...

Madeline - "MA-duh-line". Could be pronounced -lyn too but line is more often used.
Emmeline - "EH-muh-leen"
Jacqueline - "JAH-ca-leen". A lot of people are saying -lyn but I live in the UK where a lot of adults are called Jacqueline and it's definitely never pronounced that way.
Rosaline - I pronounce it "ROSE-a-leen" but it can be pronounced -line too.
Marceline - "mar-suh-LEEN"
Adeline - "AH-duh-line"
Ottoline - "OTT-oh-line"

Emmeline: line or lyn (I prefer this spelling, but wouldn't want it mispronounced, so I would probably use Emmalyn if I want the lyn)
