Full name vs. for Millie

My maiden name is Miller. Growing up with a very common first name (Sarah), I was known as Sarah Miller until high school when people started calling me Millie, as it was just easier. I always thought about naming my first daughter a full name of Millie and possibly call her Millie (I go by Sarah now). Now I'm expecting my 3rd child, first girl, and my husband really likes the idea. We would love some full name suggestions for Millie (more uncommon ones) and what you think about the idea. Thank you! Emilia, Mila, Camilla, and Emmeline are nice. How should Mila be pronounced? I don't think My-lah gets Millie, but we're not a huge fan of Mee-lah. Could we pronounce if Mill-ah? Or would Milla work for that pronunciation? -Sarah

I know a girl named Millie-Grace and she goes by Mill, Mills, Millie and Millie G..... I know you are looking for different versions, but I thought of her when I saw your post.
