Cara vs. Caroline nn Cara vs. Suggestion?

Hi everyone! I have a dilemma with the name Cara...I love it, but I don’t know if I should go with the full name Caroline nn Cara. Are there any other full names Cara can be a nickname for? Does Isabella and Caroline nn Cara go better than just Isabella and Cara? What do you think? Also, does Kara Lehman or Cara Lehman look better? Thanks in advance!

Isabella and Caroline sounds better than Isabella and Cara. INO Caroline nn Cara. Also stick with the C

Well, Cara is fine as a full name (I think its better than naming her just Liv, Ally, etc.) but Caroline sounds best with Isabella, to me. Gl!

Caroline is a lovely name and definitely fits with Isabella better. I like the nickname Cara (I wouldn’t spell it with a K).
