I think Alison Tredini looks best. I love this name! There is also an old-fashioned spelling I never see these days, Alicen.

For a boy or girl? Our son is Allison, but I also like the spelling Alison. I've seen the spelling Alyson too. I prefer Alyssa or Alessa for a girl though.

I think Alison and Allison are the most common, though I have a friend Alyson. If you are planning on using the nickname Allie, you might wish to have the 2-L spelling of Allison.
