Fiorenza vs. Fiorella

Posted yesterday and it ended up tied so I'm still lost. I absolutely love both of the names and just can't choose which is the best. I also asked for middle name suggestions and I liked the suggestions of Alice, Christine and Jade, but would also appreciate some more ideas because I don't think any of those quite work. I still say Fiorella because she will be able to go by Elle, Ella, or Ellie which are more familiar in American settings. Fiorenza doesn't really have any appealing nickname options and reminds me of "influenza" because of the F and ENZA part. Christine and Jade would be fine with it. Or maybe Fiorella Judith, Daphne, Renee/Renae, Gwyneth, or Nicole?

The only thing I dislike about Fiorella is the potential nickname Ella/Ellie, it's way too common for me, and I would like to avoid it if at all possible. So if the nickname seems unavoidable then I will probably just go with Fiorenza. I do like the middle names Daphne, Renee and Nicole though.

Also I do not particularly care if her middle name is Italian or English, surname is Italian so I feel like maybe an English one would help balance it out? I would love to here some Italian names that would sound pretty with Fiorenza or Fiorella though!
