In the southern and mid-US, no one would ever say "Ah-nah." I've known a lot of Annas, and only ever heard the name pronounced "Anne-ah."

If you want ar-nuh pronunciation, the best spelling would be
Ana
Ahna
Arna

I pronounce Anna as "anne-ah" and Ana as "ah-nah". I prefer Anna.
