Avaya gets my vote. I definitely wouldn't use Avia because it'd be pronounced A-vee-uh.

Avia and Aveigha are more likely to be said Ay-vee-ah not Ay-vay-ah.

Avaya works best, but it might be said Ay-vy-ah or Ah-vy-ah.

How about Aveia or Avaea?

With the bold pronunciation you are achieving, I would definitely go towards Avaya, or a variation of that. I love the name, but I also suggest the spelling Avaea, Aveia, and Avaia. Best of luck, Mia.

Avaya got my vote because Aveigha is a bit far fetched and Avia will probably be pronounced A-vi-a not a-vay-a

Aveigha has too many vowel sounds close to each other imo. Avia would probably be pronounced a-VEE-a, but I think it looks the best. Avaya is pretty as well.
