I'd spell it Payson for either. I prefer it on a boy, but I do like Peyton for a girl.

For a boy only. It ends in -son, meaning "son of..." I know a 14 year old boy with this name and because of him, I think the name is okay, but it really is not my style.

I thought Payson couldn't get any worse, but Paesyn and Paysen are even more unattractive than Payson. If you must use it, use Payson as a middle name for a boy only.

Really?^^^ huh, I never knew that 👎🏻👎🏻
My name is Maddison does that mean I'm really a boy??? Or I'm really a son?
Get over it guys. Girls can have -son names too. It's been happening for how long?

I like the spelling Payson the best and it's actually on our short list for a girls name but I could see it used for both a boy and a girl. I think the other spellings would just become a bit annoying as they would probably have to be corrected all of the time. All in all a very good name!
