Zainab / Zaynab gmv. Gorgeous.

I've always had a soft spot for this name. Z names are intriguing in general. Then add to that the unusual B ending (relative to European names I usually see / hear) and Zainab / Zaynab becomes so intriguing. Zaina / Zayna will likely win the poll. And it is beautiful too. But Zainab / Zaynab has more personality to it.

As for the "i" v. "y" issue I have no strong feelings. I don't know enough about Arabic transliteration to know which is "correct." Just as a personal preference the "i" looks more elegant.

Love Fatima too. Is the stress on the first or second syllable? I have a preference, but I'm curious to know how it is said in the real world. Thanks and good luck! :0)
