Dee-bug is spelled Dina. I would go with Deana, it makes the most sense imo. GL

What do you guys think of Deeana? It's the only one that looks like how it's pronounced but does it look unattractive?

No to Deeana! If you look up the pronunciation of Deana it's pronounced dee-on-uh. I would go with the proper spelling if it were me.

I think the extra e is unnecessary but Deeana is listed as a variant of Deana so if you like it the best. Keep in mind middle names aren't often used so your saying it and her saying it gets the point across more than the spelling

My aunt is named Deana dee-on-uh. Another spelling is Diona. I wouldn't use Deeana, it looks strange.

I went to high school with a girl named Diona, I also have a female friend named Dion dee-on. I agree that Diona would be the easiest pronounce. Dee-nuh is typically spelled Dina but I can see how Deana could be pronounced dee-nuh as well. Deanna would be dee-ann-uh and Deeana just looks silly. At the end of the day it's your child and choice as to how you spell it but I personally would go with Diona my second choice would be Deana. GL

Deanna - Dee-Anna - is what most would immediately navigate to. To spare her of constantly correcting her name Deanna - Dee-Anna - would be the best choice.
