I would say Caya/ Kaya as Kay-uh
And Caia/ Kaia as kye-uh
I like Kaia the best

Thanks Display, we are aiming more towards the pronunciation of Kay uh because our son is Kyle, but Kye uh is not out of the question. Thanks for the input!

I would pronounce all of them Kye uh. I like Caia.
