Why would you want to nickname a boy with a nickname that has mom in it? You will probably always use it and friends will here it and call him a mama's boy.

Lol it's Mo Mo not Mom-o I'm assuming, we call my cousin Momo all the time there's nothing wrong with it?

My niece, Maureen, went by Momo when young, Mo now. My husband had an (adult) male friend they called "Momo Vincenzo, wheel man for the mob." I guess you had to be there to get the joke. Anyway, as long as it's a nickname I say full steam ahead. How about:
