Teo vs. Theo

Hey guys! We want to name our son Theo (pronounced Tay-o) but we are worried about people saying it as you would Theodore. Should we just remove the h? (For context, we live in the U.S.)

Teo is great. I would definitely spell it without the h, because it will be pronounced Thee-o rather than Tay-o. Taio or Tayo may work as well, but I love it spelt Teo.

I believe Teo is a legitimate alternate spelling (Spanish?). So it might make life easier to go with that. I like it.

I even like Teyo or Tayo. Teo is good too. I agree with you that the Theodore thing would be confusing.
