May I ask why you are choosing spellings that may cause her difficulty? Raygan is your best bet, as that's not to far off from the original spelling. Regan would be my best choice, but Raygan is good enough.

Claire I do not like the original spelling or Regan. My husband and I both have names that are not original spelling and we'd like to do that for our children. Thanks for at least trying to be nice and not being so negative with your comment.

The 2nd one is the one most likely to get the pronunciation you want. My first instinct for each of them was...

How about Raegan it is different slightly from Reagan and more likely to be spelled and pronounced correctly and more professional looking for resumes.

I know a girl named Reigan what about that? It's that or Reigen I can't remember lol. I always thought it was pretty.

I'm someone that's a BIG fan of alternate spellings. But I think for this name it's hard to find a good one. I think Raygan is best out of your options. It's close to the original and doesn't look to weird.
