Kaede vs. Kayde vs. Kaide
so my husband and I are expecting our baby boy next month and we have settled on this name but not a spelling. I know these spellings are "different" and the most common used ones are Cade and Kade but my husband refuses to use those so please tell me out of the three above which one you like the most. Cade or Kade. Why on earth would your husband want to give his son a yooneek feminine looking spelling. If he's set on these spellings, maybe you should find another name. What about Kayden? GL

Don't make the poor boy's life any more difficult than it has to be by giving him these hideous spellings of such a simple name. If you don't like the spellings--pick another name!

I would 100% think that any of these spellings I saw on paper belonged to a girl and that it would be pronounced kay-dee. Please, use this as an example for your husband from a teacher, use Cade or Kade.
