It has ranked for girls, the Kayden spelling. I prefer Caden or Kaden but since you don't like it, Caiden. The y seems more feminine to me.

I have met a girl with the name Kayden! I think it wasn't a great match! I am sure her parents hadn't named her that for the amount of feminine in the name they probably liked it for the uniqueness on woman! By the way I think it is the uniqueness because her sisters name is Madden!

Caiden, but Caden is best. To be honest, I'm so tired of all of the Aiden/Aidan/Ayden's, Braden's, Caden/Kaden's, Jaden's, Hayden's, Paden's, Tayden's, and Zayden's. Every time I hear it, I want to roll my eyes.
