I'm not a fan of smush names. I've heard of Lilibet/Lilibeth as a nick name for Elizabeth. I would either do Elizabeth nickname Lilibeth, Lily Elizabeth/Annabeth nickname Lily Beth, or Lily (first name) Beth (middle name) and call her both. Hyphens are a pain.

I agree with Sunny, minus the hyphen Lily Beth is pretty enough. I can't pronounce it in a way that makes it seem like it's one name and not two squashed together, so it makes sense to me to just use two names x
