It seems like if you name them something as similar as Guliano and Giancarlo/Gianluca, it could get confusing. Do you have nicknames picked out that they would go by?

They are a bit close. I’d used Giancarlo out of the two. Maybe use the nn’s Carlo and Jule (spelling?).

They’re both too close to Guiliano imo. If it has to be one of the 2, I would go with Gianluca and use Luca as a nn. Luca on its own would be nice too.

SORRY, I MADE A SPELLING MISTAKE. IT SHOULD BE GIULIANO, NOT GULIANO. I MISSED AN "I."

If Gianluca and Giancarlo are too close... What do you think about:
Giuliano & Geremiah
Giuliano & Georgio

Brothers are Salvatore (Sal) and Domencio (Dom). Sisters are Bianca and Elena.

Gavin
Joshua
Dominic

I think those names are much too close and it would be confusing. The better of the two is Gianluca, so Luca could be a nickname. How about Georgio, Angelo, or Lucio?
