name vs. for Gianna’s sister.

Hi I already Have a little girl Named Gianna Nicole (age 3) who has dark curly hair light/medium skin tone and dark brown eyes just like both me and my husband so chances are Gia’s sister will have the same. We have a list of potential names for Gia’s sister that we will post in the first comment so please pick your favorites and any suggestions are welcomed. We want her to have an italian name and an american name just like her parents and sister. Also our last name is Allegretto. Thanks for your help!-Melanie and Jonathan

I love the names Lia and Arianna! They are so beautiful and I think they sound good with Gia! GL!

Yes =] Isabella is a gorgeous Italian name !! Isabella & Gianna nn’s Bella & Gia are really sweet together. I also like Amelia nn Lia, Lilianna nn Lily, Emilia, & Cara =]

Maria, Elena, Emilia, Francesca, Elisa, Anna-Maria would be a nice choice.

I nixed all names that have "anna" in them since GiANNA, also has "anna" in it. I also nixed Julia, because it’s too similar to Gianna imo and I nixed Lea and Maria, because they rhyme with Gia. Then I nixed Isabella, because it’s too popular. Carolina and Cara were nixed after that. Carolina because it doesn’t sound Italian and Cara because it’s plain next to Gianna. From the remaining names, I like Francesca and Allesandra the best. Have you considered Carissa? I think Gianna and Carissa sound nice together. Hth. GL!

When I think beautiful Italian girl names- I instantly think of Giada, Gabriella, Sophia, Mischa, Alicia- I wish I was Italian so I could use these names- my favorite Italian name is Gianna, but you already have that covered :)
