Aurora Undecided vs. Esmé/Esmée Aurora Niamh
Final two options for our girl. Big brother has two middle names (family names) so this little one will have two as well. Aurora was our first pick but we're not sure it sounds right with our son's name, Theodore (Theo). I am worried that Esmé/Esmée will come with spelling and pronunciation issues. I am leaning towards the Esmée spelling too as I believe it's the feminine form of the name. We vetoed over names as they felt too long with using two middle names. I'll comment our list of middle name options for Aurora below as I don't have enough room to here. Thanks for all your help!

I would use Esmae/Esmé/Esmée as the first name. It sounds better with Theodore than Aurora. I absolutely adore Niamh! One of my favorite names!

I like Aurora Margot Niamh and Josie.
I think that Esmé Aurora Niamh and Aurora Esmée Niamh would be a good way to combine all three names.

This is just so tough! I honestly feel like giving up at this point. Esmé/Esmée just doesn't feel right. I think it's because I know it will come with a lot of spelling and pronunciation issues. I understand many people think Aurora and Theodore sound matchy, silly, etc together though.

Except you just wrote "Esmee, Esmey or whatever" lol. Esmée is the traditional feminine form so even if a book/movie character namesd Esme familiarised people with the name, it will still lead to issues... She'll still be Esmée with two Es and an accent. I'm guessing you're talking about Twlight as I've had/seen a few comments about the reference elsewhere too.
