Makayla vs. Makenzie

I am pregnant with twin girls, due in April. I know I am going to Name them Makayla and Makenzie but no clue asbout middle names. HELP!!!

Makayla is definitely the best choice. However, the spelling you have has to go! It ruins the elegance and class of the name. Michaela, is the true and beautiful way. Makenzie (Mackenzie/McKenzie) Is a boy name! Mc- means son and is traditional for Scottish surnames.

I don’t like the name Makayla, but it goes perfectly with Makenzie. I’m so glad you didn’t use the masculine form. (Michaela)

I like the names Makayla and Makenzie, but I think they are too close for twins. I prefer the spellings Michaela (it’s not the masculine form!) and Mackenzie. If you still want two M’s maybe Michaela, and
