Elsie vs. Lacey

I can't decide but I'm also not completely sold on these names because they sound too childlike. Any suggestions?

Elsie isn't too bad but Lacey is definitely too cutesy and won't age well.

I think it is because they end with an -EE sound which naturally sounds a bit more cutesy/childlike. What about Elise, and then if you want a little girl name you can call her Elsie as a nickname?

Elsie is so stunning! I do love the suggestion of using Elise with the nickname Elsie if you are worried about Elsie being too childish. Personally, I dont see Elsie as childish but its your child so you have to love the name! Good luck :)

Instead of Lacey, which I don't think sounds that childish, you could do Stacey. It's definitely a cute name that can also be an adult's name.
