Farran or Farren but not Faeryn or Fairyn please. Farrah would also be a beautiful choice.

How about Farren? Fairyn makes the most sense of your options, because Faeryn looks like it would be pronounced Fay-rin.

Faeryn is MUCH prettier. Beautiful name. Fairyn looks odd and like it's being spelled to sound out.

I would pronounce both your options as fair-in. Other options would be Farren, Faren, Faron.

I disagree with GJY, I think Faeryn is beautiful and a lot more feminine and acctractive than Farran and Farren... Farran is especially horrible to me.

Faeryn is so beautiful! It makes the name for me. I think the pronunciation is obvious. The spelling makes perfect sense and has a poetic beauty to it and very old worldly.

Okay, obviously the same person is commenting multiple times to make it seem like Faeryn or Fairyn is sensible, which is it not. Farren or Faren is the only spelling that makes sense or looks correct or even pleasing to the eye. Faeryn and Fairyn give me headaches just looking at them.

I love the name Faeryn, but have always known it to be pronounced Fay-ren. I am not fond of Fair-in, but if you love it, I would suggest the spelling Faryn or Farren, which I believe are the more common ways of spelling that name. To me, Faeryn and Faryn are different names; like Alice and Alyse.

I agree with some of the above suggestions that Faeryn looks like it would be said Fay nor Fair and I think Farren or Faryn would be better options. I love the name though. Farrah is also amazingly beautiful.

Faeryn looks like fare-in, just like how fairy is sometimes spelled faery... come on people! Not everything has to be spelled in plain, modern English. Faeryn has a very Gaelic look to me which I love. I dislike Fairyn.

Wow, poster 7 really? I knew people could get aggressive on these sites but just because a few people have a different opinion than you, you accuse them of being the same person? I'm not sure if that kind of senseless accusation and slander makes you a troll but its right along those lines. Geez! I guess I'm the same sinister individual too, then, huh? And is this your take on all the polls or is that exclusive to this one? And then couldn't I logically say the same thing about the other posters here saying that they DON'T like the spelling are all the same person posting over and over? I mean if you're going to be slanderous and crazy, at least think it through!

Maybe avoid opinion-based comment boards if you can't handle them fairly.

Farren/Farran makes me want to pronounce it like "far-in" I like Faeryn and Faryn but Fairyn reminds me of the word fair like as in "go to the fair" or "that's fair"

I've never head of the name fay-ren, it sounds made up. I adore Fare-in though. Faeryn is an absolutely acceptable and accurate spelling rooted back to the Gaelic Fae which while pronounced fay, is pronounced with a "fare" sound in words from the root, like faerie as someone pointed out above.

I favor Faeryn because I simply find it gorgeous and it has an ethereal beauty to it. I don't care for most other spellings but do like Farren.
