Kaila makes the most sense out of the ones on the poll but I prefer Kayla.

I love the spelling Cayla! The other ways look possibly Hawaiin and it seems like it would be pronounce Ky.

I <3 Keilah (that’s my baby’s name), and we pronounce it Kay-la, I was looking for something unique :)
