Emma vs. Emmy vs. Em / Emme
My husband and I are really love 'Em' names at the moment and were wondering what you though of Emma, Emmy and Em / Emme. We are worried that Emma is a little popular however it doesn't bother us too much. We also love Emmy but aren't sure if it sounds too much like a nickname. Em / Emme is pronounced like Elle and we really like it but we aren't sure if its too short. Thank you!

I think Emme can be pronounced Em-uh, with a soft "ah" or "ee" sound at the end not as harsh as Emma or Emmy. GL!
