Neither, I’d spell it Emilia. It sounds as if it’s derived from Emily so I’d use that as the base spelling and then just add the "lia" sound.

Emma-Leah, huh? That’s a really cute name !! I have actually never heard it before. I agree with Ark on the pro. of Emalia & Emmalia. I think that Emmaleah would be best =] It sounds like it looks !! It’s a sweet name <3

Emmalia is the best unless you hyphenate it, because Emalia would be pronounced ’em-AH-lee-a’ and Emmaleah has too many letters. Also, Emmalea would be said like emily

I’m not sure about Emilya. It doesn’t look right to me, but I do like the middle name Grace.
