Why do you need preppy names?

I think Jackson is a very preppy name...

Preppy=snooty, rude, never grow up in life, never let go of high school, really girly or masculine. Why do you want to force your soon into a group? I think instead of categorizing him you should give him a name that has meaning and that you really like. Not one that labels him.

Oh i was just wondering. Back when I was in school it was Brian, Ryan, Tyler, Scott, Jared, Jeff, Chris, etc. Just wanted to see what comes to mind. See Jackson would have never occured to me...thanks

^^Sorry about that I read the comment after mine which was yours. I thought you were looking to name your son a preppy name on purpose or something.

also forgot

Jaden/Jaidyn

I think Brady and Grady are fine I love Brady but took Grady of my list because it has the sound Grade in it and if he doesn’t get the best grades I don’t want him to be reminded of Grades every time I call his name. nn Grad doesn’t appeal to me either. Grad the cheese, Grady.

I don’t think Vance will be a preppy name. I never hear it anywhere. It’s rare and unique.

Why is this a weird post?? What’s wrong with wanting a preppy name? Life is full of groups and categories babe, like it or not. Preppy=cool, classic, well-dressed. Everyone wants that in a child. Why else is everyone naming their kids after "Gossip Girl" characters. Puhleez......
Let’s see about preppy names:

Blake
Leighton
Penn
Blair
