Which spelling do you prefer for our second daughter? (name stays, sorry not a fan of Kendra). First daughter is Avery. How many children named Kendall have you come across? I don’t want a popular name (like Avery is getting). I would like to keep it above top 50.

I know two Kendall’s and they’re both teenagers now. I look through birth announcements for my blog and I rarely see any Kendall’s. It’s a great name.

I like Kendall spelt with two L’s. One L makes it seem a little incomplete. I know one Kendall who is about 15/16 now. GL!

I like it spelled Kendall. I think Avery and Kendall compliment each other perfectly. I see Kendall on the boards quite a bit, but personally, I only know one and she is 9.

I’m actually thinking about naming my baby, that’s due in April, Kendal, but having a hard time with middle names. I think I like the spelling Kendal, "to me" it looks more girly than Kendall. I don’t know any girls named Kendal, but my daughter who is in first grade knows one Girl named Kendal. I think it’s a cute name and it’s one that my husband, daughter and I all like, and it’s not a cookie cutter name.

I know this poll is old (about 13yrs according to the date of the comments) but if your a soon to be parent doing research on kendal names and variations I would recommend kendal or kendyl, it's more unique opposed to kendall with 2 l
