I’m not a fan of the name Dory, sorry! Could you use Doris as her middle name?

I voted for Dori because Dory is a type of boat and a type of fish and because Dorrie has too many letters.

Personally, I would choose a first name that I really loved and use Doris (or other form of Doris) as her middle name. That way she would have a first name that is all her own and a middle name that has meaning and significance.

I’m not a fan of Dory/Dori, sorry! I think of Finding Nemo and a fishing boat. What about using Doris as her middle name?

I think Dori is fine and a don’t think names are ever dated. Once a name always a name no matter when it’s used. Doris is only a few 50 or even over a hundred years old. Biblical names have been around for thousands names don’t get dated it’s a shame people think that.

I like this spelling of Dori. It is very feminine and a pretty name for your baby girl and a great choice to honor her great-grandmother. Her great-grandmother would be very proud.
