I'm not a huge fan of Sutton but I agree Pearl is a great choice. I'd probably call her Pearl as a nickname because it's easier and plus I think it's cool when people go by their middle name and I think it can actually help them socially because once somebody says they go by their middle name you learn their full name and it makes it feel like you really know them.

Sutton is very masculine, and even on a guy, it comes across as very pretentious. For a girl, I would absolutely 100% avoid it. The reason is because kids can be mean and right around middle school, someone will figure out that if you put an L after the S, you can make a mean and vulgar rhyme, calling her S-luttin' Sutton.
