You could have another daughter in future so why not keep one. I don't think they go well together but I would put Alice first. How about Alice Nora.

Alice Eleanor is beautiful. The only slightly odd sound is that they both start with vowels that are followed by an L. But that's not that big of a deal since her full name won't be said super often. Eleanor Alice sounds slightly more off though so I go for Alice Eleanor all the way.
