Full Name For nn vs. Gia

Hello! We are having a baby girl and love the name Gia as a nickname. However, we don't want our daughter's full first name to be Gia. We would prefer she have a longer first name that could be shortened to the nickname Gia, as this goes along with the style of our two older daughters' names (Marlena with the nickname Lenny, and Katherine with the nickname Kat).

Gianna or Giana are beautiful names for Gia. Not heard often.

The most obvious ones would be Giana, Gianna or Gianne. There is also Gianella, Gianina and Gianetta. You could probably also use it as a short name for Georgia.
