Melissa Rose and Hannah Rose vs. Yes vs. No

I’m due in two weeks(twin girls) and my four year old daughter Sophia Rose wants to name her little sisters Melissa Rose and Hannah Rose. What do you think about this? Other suggestions are very welcome! Thank you, Pheobe and my husband Chris.

do you really want them to all have the exact same mn? the first names are pretty but instead of all having Rose how about all different flower names like Hannah Lily and Melissa Ivy or something like that.

I would give them all different middle names. I really like Hannah even though it’s really popular right now, but I like Marissa better than Melissa. You didn’t state whether you like the names or not. You could use Scarlett and Ruby as middle names so they all have the red thing in common

Sophie came up with Melissa and Hannah and had the idea of using Rose as their mns. I dont mind it, Im just not sure about it.

I THINK IT’S CUTE BUT I THINK EVERY CHILD SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIAL NAME. MAYBE YOU COULD SUGGEST TO GIVE THE TWINS MIDDLE NAMES THAT ARE FLOWERS TOO. MAYBE SOPHIA WILL THINK THATS NEAT AND THEN THE BABIES CAN HAVE THEIR OWN NAMES BUT STILL BE KIND OF LIKE BBIG SISTER. WHAT ABOUT: JASMINE, LILY, IRIS, OR DAISY?

I’m confused, is Garrison your last name?
I think it’s cute that she wants to have the same name as her sisters, but you can really have fun with the middle names if you want. I know lots of girls with the middle name Rose, including myself, unless you’re totally in love with it, I would explore some more.

I think it’s cute. I don’t think it’s overly important to have different middle names. I don’t even use middle names because no one really goes by their mn. I don’t even know most of my friends’ mns. So I say go with Rose for all because your daughters will love it.

I like Melissa Rose! As a nn you could call her Melrose..just an idea. Hannah is very popular right now, but still very pretty.
