All of these are beautiful classic names and you seriously won't go wrong with any of them. I personally much prefer the Sophia spelling though and with teh f she will always have to introduce herself as "my name is Sofia with an f"

I'm also not a fan of Lydia - nothing wrong with it, it just has always sounded harsh to me. So I would eliminate Sofia and Lydia.

Great group of names however my faves are : Sofia ( prefer ph spelling), Lydia, Natasha and Katherine
