Bindi is set. We realise that it's not everyone's style. We got the same comments when we named our son but people get used to it.

I like Bindi Olive best, then Bindi Claire, then Bindi May.
Bindi Willow made me think of windy willow but that's probably just me!

I think Bindi goes fine with Ocean. For that matter it's not really that different than the more-common Cindy, Mindy, or Lindy, so while for many it may be a bit "out-there" I think she'll do just fine. I don't care for it with Willow because it makes me think bendy willow swaying in the breeze. (I like Willow ok otherwise, just not especially with Bindi.) Your other options all sound fine.
