Amelia vs. and vs. Dahlia

I have a daughter, Amelia, and I'm pregnant with my second girl. I was going to name her Dahlia but then I realized that both Amelia and Dahlia end in "lia". Is this a problem or do you think that I can get away with it? If you don't think I should name her Dahlia please leave suggestions on what else I can name her.

I think Dahlia is ok, but some similar options might be Della or Delilah?

It's fine. The emphasis is on a different part of the name so the "ia" at the end of Dahlia isn't as strong as the "ia" in Amelia.

"Dall-ya" & "Ah-meal-ee-ya"

I think it's okay. It's probably not the most ideal, but they sound really different, and think about how many people have multiple children whose names all end in N sounds. Go with what you love!

I think it's fine. They don't sound similar to me, despite the similar ending.

I think it's totally usable!

I think it's fine. i know plenty of siblings whose names end in the same sound:

Amelia and Sofia
Ashton, Harrison and Mason
Oliver and Tyler
Zachary and Lily
Harry and Molly
Frankie and Ruby
Charlie and Alfie
Bobby and Darcey
Alfie and Archie (they're twins)
Henry and Archie (also twins)
Freddie and Chloe
Harvey and Marty
Holly and Poppy
Ryan and Kian
Ollie and Libbie
Leon and Anton
Ella and Jenna
Emily and Kellie

i think Amelia and Dahlia are fine together, if you had another one and gave her a name ending in lia, then it would be too much and look a bit more like you were doing it on purpose!

Not too close in my opinion.

It would bother me, but probably wouldn't be noticeable to most people. I think you could still do a name ending in A though if you wanted to.
