I like Victoria (Tori) and Vanessa (Nessa) would be great names. The V tie them together but using nn like Tori and Nessa give them their own individuality.

I love Victoria Sage and Vanessa Jade as G/G twin names very pretty. I also think the nn for both are very cute.
