I dislike the spelling Elyse as lyse is a biological term for a cell erupting or bursting.

Aimee & Elise or Amy & Elise would be my choices.

You may also like Amelie, Amity ("friendship"), Eloise.

I adore the Aimee spelling, I wish I could use it, but SIL is Amy lol. Aimee & Elise are adorable for twins!
