Liliana vs. Emilia vs. Gianna

Which of these names do you like best and why? We already have A daughter named Mariella Juliette who is 3years old who goes by the nickname Mary. Some other names we like are: Franceca, Bianca, Isabella, Olivia, Camilla, Natalia, Juliana, Cara, Carina, Sienna, Sophia Viviana We like all of these names but the top three are Liliana, Emilia and Gianna. Please help us choose she will arrive any day now and we still haven’t picked a name because were both big procastranators! Our daughter Mariella’s name wasn’t hard to choose but our second daughter’s name has proven to be difficuilt to choose!~ Melanie Jonathan Mariella and baby ?

I love Gianna or Liliana. I like Giana because it is the most unique and (in my opinion) the prettiest. But I love how Mary and Lily would sound together!
Gianna Rose or Liliana Grace would be my choices!

Lilianna because like the pp said Lily and Mary would be a cute sibling set and Liliana is such a beautiful name.

Liliana is my favorite of the three. I also like Isabella, Olivia, Natalia/Natalya, Juliana, Sophia, and Lucia. Not a big fan of Bianca, Camilla, or Sienna.
