Sybil vs. Sybbie vs. Mabel

Deciding on a baby name for our DD#2. Love Sybil but also feel I might call her Sybbie more often then not, can that be a name on its own? We also love Mabel. For middle name we are honouring a family member and plan to use the name "em" or "emme/Emmie".
