All three names are beautiful and go with Louis. I personally like Ryker Louis as it sounds different from the others and is unique.

Yeah, Rikers Island is what immediately comes to mind for me too...it's extremely infamous for the prevalent abuse, beatings, and sexual assault that has and continues to occur there. NOT a good idea.

I'd definitely choose one of the other two.
