If you have to, use Reina. It's a name, but it means queen in Spanish.

I love the name duchess! It isnt my normal style and not something that I would expect to enjoy but amazing! Lady and Princess sound kinda like pet names

Agree with above guest, Reina would be a much better avenue to take, not to mention it's a lovely name. You could also go with something like Madonna.

If you're naming a dog then Dutchess, if you're naming a child then none, sorry.

None, with Elisabeth they sound like you've named her after the Queen not a family name!

I had a housemate at University called Claire, one day a formal letter arrived addressed to Miss Lady Claire, she was so embarrassed and tried to pretend it was an error before finally admitting her name was actually Lady, feel bad now but we all laughed at the time!
