Adele-Nice name.I feel like the association with the singer is very strong though.Not necessarily a bad thing.Just something to consider.
Anastasia-What I don't like about this name is that people say it different ways.I say ann-uh-stay-zha but some say ahn-uh-stah-see-uh or maybe even other ways so that could cause issues.
Annika-This is pretty.
Elena-Beautiful name! My favorite from your list.
Francesca-Another beautiful name.Very close second to Elena.My only slight concern here would be if you don't like the nickname options.
Leia-So pretty but has an even stronger association than Adele.You are bound to deal with Star Wars comments forever.
Mercy-I'm not a big fan of virtue names.
Monica-My least favorite. Feels quite dated.
Natalia (Talia)-This is lovely.
Rose-I'd be more likely to use this as the middle name. Elena Rose would be gorgeous!

Annika is my favorite and I especially like the ann-ih-kuh pronunciation opposed to ahn-ih-kuh. GL!

Adele - Nice name but, many people would make a connection to the singer.
Anastasia - SO BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE it.
Annika - Is not my type of name, but if you like it no problem
Elena - This name is beautiful, it is one of my favorites
Francesca - It is not my fave. I always think it's a bit much.
Leia - LOVE it! it's gorgeous! Connection to Star Wars
Mercy - It is one of the top three definitely.
Monica - Seems pretty old
Natalia (Talia) - I like the name much better than the nn.
Rose - I love it but it is pretty common

Adele: I didn't know any Adele's before the British singer became big, so she's all I think of. That being said, I do know it's a more old-fashioned name, and I think it's sweet.
Anastasia: While I love the animated movie Anastasia, and the name as well, it has always sounded very pretentious to me.
Annika: I love this name when pronounced AHN-ika, dislike it when pronounced ANN-ika.
Elena: Nice strong name. All of the Elena's I've known have had personality and spunk.
Francesca: Great name, both elegant and strong.
Leia: Okay. If you wanted to avoid the obvious Star Wars connection, I knew someone named Lea who pronounced it the same way (which you could also spell Léa).
Mercy: I dislike this name, not just because I dislike virtue names, but because I don't have great name associations with it. The only Mercy I've known is a real pill.
Monica: A great name, this is one of my favorites from your list.
Natalia (Talia): I prefer just Natalie, and I don't care for Talia personally.
Rose: Simple, classic, though I've always thought it came off as a bit cold and aloof.

Francesca - I love the name. I don't like the nicknames people give to it. I think it's a good middle name too.

Mercy - favorite virtue! Next to Charity and Amity.
Monica - I like it but other Monicas say the 90s ruined it
Natalia (Talia) - pretty all year round but I still think it should be left to December babies
Rose - I like longer versions of it. Rose by itself is too boring

Mercy-Where I live, there are a lot of hospitals called Mercy, so I dislike it.
Monica-My absolute FAVORITE girl's name and the name of my only daughter (Monica Renee).
Natalia (Talia)-I like this name a lot! I prefer Natalie, but I find Natalia pleasing, too. It also offers a nice rhythm change in the middle name position.
Rose-Rose, like the flower, is beautiful. Contrary to what the previous poster said about it being boring, I find it refreshing as a firt name. It is pretty common as a middle name, but that's because it's so lovely. As a first name, though, you just don't hear it that much.
