I've always rather like Dante. Raphael/Rafael is great too. Thomas rounds out my top three. We have not heard it very much in recent years so it feels fresher than some of the others to me.

I really like Alexander, Dante, and Stefan. Least favorites are Marcellus and Andrea. Good luck :)

Alexander - strong yet made generic by how common it is
Andrea - only in Italy. Otherwise I like Andreas.
Dante - another one that's waaaaaay too common around me and then people spell it 50 different ways thinking it will make it "unique"
Gabriel - I like it but I don't like the nn Gabe
Marcellus - I think of Marcellus Wallace from Pulp Fiction. I like Marcel by itself.
Raphael/Rafael - love love love love love love love love it. Favorite boy name.
Sebastian - don't like it, it just sounds mean
Stefan - I like it more than common Stephen. And when I hear Stef I think of Steph Curry!
Thomas - I like it left in its full form

Andrea-Seems like a girl's name.Unless maybe this was a typo for Andre or Andreas(ahn-dray-us)?
Dante-not bad but I think you have other nicer options.
Gabriel-Very nice but I feel like it's one of those names where the full name rarely gets used.Every Gabriel ends up just being Gabe.
Marcellus-Not a fan.My least fave.sorry.
Raphael/Rafael-Very nice.I prefer the ph spelling.
Sebastian-Love this.My second favorite.
Stefan-Might cause pronunciation issues.Some people seem to put the emphasis on the first syllable while others stress the second.(not quite sure how to write out what I mean but it's like comparing Stephanie to how Gwen Stefani says her last name)
Thomas-Handsome and classic.

Alexander- Ah, I love it! My oldest is Alexander and it means "helper of mankind". He truly is! He was called Alexander until age 9, then decided he wanted to be Alex because it was easier to write a 4-letter name than a 9-letter. It is popular, but quite classic.
Andrea- I only know this as a girl's name. I quite like Andre, Andres, and Andrew is okay, but Andrea is not something I would find attractive on a boy.
Dante- Not bad. I think it might work better in the middle name position.
Gabriel-An absolute favorite of mine! Our #3 son is Gabriel. We have always called him the full name, but most of his friends call him Gabe. A lovely biblical name.
Marcellus- While I like Mark, Marcus, Marco, I am not fond of Marcellus. Perhaps as a middle name to offset a short first name?
Raphael/Rafael-Love! Ralph, not so much, but Rafael is great.

Stefan-I like this a lot, but wonder if it would be mispronounced a lot in the U.S. Where do you live?
Thomas-Love! This is my husband's middle name, and he actually goes by Tom. It's my oldest's middle name, Alexander Thomas. Many nowadays who name their son this call them Thomas. I think I'd go for the nickname Tommy for a little boy and Tom as he gets older.
