Esme Rosalind vs. Esmae Rosalind

We are expecting a baby in Aug and are starting to discuss names. Gender unknown. A sibling for Beatrix, Griffin and Marek. I love Esme for a girl but my husband is unsure. I like Thatcher for a boy. He likes Desmond. We are open to suggestions!

I would spell it Esme or Esmee. Spelling it Esmae look make up and wrong.

I like Thatcher or you could consider Fletcher

I'm not a huge fan of Esme. I love Rosalind

I love the whole name Esme Rosalind! It really flows well off the tongue. Not a fan of Thatcher, to be honest...it just seems like yet another of the endless -er names that have been so overly trendy for the past ten or so years. It's gotten to the point where they're just very boring...I do like Desmond though. And I love all of your other kids names, especially Marek! As for other suggestions, I'll get back to you on that in a bit.

Esmé is the masculine form. Esmée is the feminine form so that would be my preference. I voted for Esmae.
