Maisie vs. Macy

Are these names pronounced the same way? I love the look of Maisie, but not sure if it is May-zee or May-cee. Macy just reminds me of the store. Thanks

Maisie rhymes with Daisy. Have you ever seen the Dr. Seuss book that was published posthumously called Daisy-Head Maisie? Macy, on the other hand, is pronounced with an -s- sound: MAY-see.

Maisie is May-zee while Macy is May-see. I much prefer Maisie. Such a darling name. Not the biggest fan of Macy, but I do prefer the spelling Macie or Macey. For Maisie, I have seen Mayzie, Mazy, Mazzy or Maizie, but I prefer Maisie (it's simple).

I prefer Maisie. The spelling is even cute. Macy is a Native American tribe where I am from. I don't know how they feel about people using it.
