Tate McKay vs. Yes vs. No

My husband and I are expecting a baby boy and we adore the name Tate. Our surname is McKay and our families strongly dislike the way Tate McKay flows. How does it flow to your ears? Alternative suggestions are welcome. We prefer short names 1-2 syllables, open to 3 syllables but NO 4+ syllables please. We don't like Tatum because it ends with M and runs together with our surname to us. Thanks. ~Brandi&Cameron

It flows fine, but I don't care for Tate as the full name.
