Axel Ruddie vs. Axel Rudd vs. Axel Rudy

His middle name is his godfather's name. He spells it Ruddie, but we got other suggestions that might make a slight change on pronunciation and look. TIA for all your votes and comments.

Rudy is one of my all-time favorites, but if Ruddie is a family name, I would 100% spell it that way!

Axel Ruddie sounds like someone saying your "axel's muddy." This is based off me assuming Ruddie is pronounced RUDD-ee which is totally different from how I see Rudy(roo-dee). Axel Rudd flows the best either way, names that end in IE or Y imo sound incredibly awkward as middle names and Rudd still honors the godfather.
